buy my book!

Hi, I'm Ricky! I'm an Autistic Illustrator and this book is for children getting ready to go to school. I want them to feel excited, curious, and confident about all of the things they'll experience with their teachers and friends!

This book is filled with pictures of animals at school that are colorful, vibrant, and hand-drawn with colored pencils and markers on Bristol paper. I made this book as part of my illustration mentorship.

growing your craftsmanship

Craftsmanship means "the quality, skill, & careful attention someone puts into making or doing something by hand".

Ricky's care and attention to detail has led to a stunning body of work that has expanded beyond paper and into hand-painted wooden toys!

His russian nesting dolls and poseable wooden figures are treasured by collectors.
